2. Scope
These general terms and conditions govern the sales made through the ByAurore website and
define the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller. Any order placed on the website
implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However,
due to the nature of e-commerce and sourcing from various international suppliers, slight
differences (such as color, packaging, or dimensions) may exist without affecting the essential
quality or function of the product.
4. Pricing
Prices are indicated in the currency displayed on the website. Delivery costs are specified
during the checkout process and added to the total order amount. We reserve the right to
modify prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the exact
time of order validation.
5. Orders
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase, confirms their cart, and proceeds to
payment. Every completed order constitutes an acceptance of these Terms of Sale. An order
confirmation email will be sent once the payment is validated.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any
other payment method offered on the site. All transactions are processed through secure,
encrypted payment gateways.
7. Delivery
We work with international suppliers, which may result in longer-than-average delivery times.
• Estimated delivery times: 7 to 20 business days (excluding exceptional
circumstances). We cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers,
customs processing, or force majeure events. In the event of non-receipt after 45 days,
the customer may request a full refund.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Products must be
returned in their original condition and complete (including packaging and accessories).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Certain products are exempt from
being returned (e.g., customized products, personal hygiene items, unsealed electronics). To

9. Legal Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law
(ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for
any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods
repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not
amount to a major failure.
10. Liability
We cannot be held liable in the event of:
• Misuse or improper handling of the product by the customer.
• Delays caused by a shipping carrier or customs services.
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters,
global pandemics).
11. Personal Data
The personal data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing customer
relations. In accordance with applicable privacy legislation (including the Australian Privacy
Act 1988), customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data by writing

12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Australia. In the event of a dispute, an
amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts
of Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
